This milestone would serve as the spark that ignited her incredible journey, giving her the confidence to chase her passion and carve out her place in the Australian fashion and talent scene.

World’s Dressed Fashion Preview

StarCentral Kids Takes On Capri Wang: The 9-Year-Old Fashion and Entertainment Powerhouse Taking Over the Spotlight

In an exclusive interview with StarCentral Kids Magazine, Capri Wang opens up about her whirlwind journey through the worlds of fashion, film, and social media—proving that age is no barrier to making a global impact. At just 9 years old, this Chinese American child model, actress, and influencer is capturing hearts and headlines across the globe—with no signs of slowing down.

Capri’s star power shines brightest on Instagram, where she’s already amassed a jaw-dropping 600,000 followers, and her fanbase is growing by the minute. Whether she’s striking a pose, playing dress-up, or simply goofing around with her signature humour, Capri’s magnetic personality is impossible to ignore.

But behind the adorable smile and flawless fashion sense lies a résumé that reads like a seasoned pro. Capri has fronted high-end campaigns for luxury fashion powerhouses including Dior, Balmain, Michael Kors, and Calvin Klein. Her polished runway walk and camera-ready presence have earned her a seat at the table among the industry’s biggest names—all before she’s hit double digits.

Her talents don’t stop at modelling. On the acting front, Capri has already appeared in eight short films, with her standout performance in The Other Moon Goddess earning praise for her emotional depth and natural screen presence. A multi-talented performer, Capri also adores singing, dancing to K-pop, and playing tennis. When she’s not in front of the camera or on set, you’ll find her painting, crafting, or making her fans laugh with her hilarious makeup videos—a perfect showcase of her bubbly personality and charm.

Much of Capri’s confidence and savvy comes from her dynamic partnership with her mother, Jessica Wang, a digital powerhouse and fashion icon in her own right. Together, they’ve built a lifestyle empire that bridges cultures and generations, inspiring fans of all ages with their creativity, style, and strong mother-daughter bond.

With a bright future ahead and a fast-growing presence across fashion, film, and social media, Capri Wang isn’t just a child star—she’s a force of nature. And with her infectious energy and unstoppable work ethic, it’s safe to say she’s only getting started.

You’ve modeled for big brands like Dior and Calvin Klein! What was the coolest outfit you’ve ever worn on a photoshoot?
I loved my looks for the Balmain shoot—they were so edgy! A few editorial shoots I’ve done in the past were super fun too. The outfits were bold, creative, and really let me step outside the box.
You’ve acted in “The Other Moon Goddess” and other short films—what do you love most about being in movies?
Acting is so much fun because I get to step into someone else’s shoes and live a totally different life for a while. My recent film, “Seneca, Speak”, just premiered in LA, and it was such an amazing experience! I love working with super-talented and creative people—they inspire me so much. And the best part? I get to feel all kinds of emotions and tell stories that make people laugh, cry, or think.

You love K-pop dancing! If you could dance with any K-pop group, who would it be?
Blackpink, of course! They’re so cool, and their energy is amazing. Plus, their choreography is next-level—imagine how fun it would be to learn their moves and dance with them on stage. I’d totally fangirl, though!
Your funny makeup videos are so popular! What’s the silliest or most creative look you’ve ever done?
Oh, my silliest one has to be the “crying” look I did that was inspired by Kim Kardashian—it was so over-the-top and dramatic! But recently, I got to work on something super cool: recreating the Evil Queen look inspired by the “Snow White” film, with the star herself Gal Gadot! She’s so kind and fun, and we chatted about makeup tips, her movie and life.
You have so many Instagram fans! What’s your favorite thing about sharing your life with them?
I love how I get to connect with so many amazing besties from all over the world. It’s so fun to share my adventures, hear their stories, and just have a good time together. It feels like one big happy family!
Your mom, Jessica Wang, is also super famous online! What’s the best thing about working with her?
She’s not just my mom—she’s my best friend! We’re always laughing, being silly, and having the best time together. She teaches me so much about fashion and life, and I try to teach her K-pop dances (she’s still bad… by the way!). We also love trying new things together, like fun online classes or cool stuff like indoor skydiving. She’s my ultimate partner-in-fun!
You’ve already done so many amazing things—what’s one big dream you still want to achieve?
I’d love to work on a big movie or TV series someday! Something where I get to play a really cool character—maybe a superhero or someone who goes on epic adventures. It would be so exciting to see my name on the big screen!
If you could design your own fashion line, what would it look like?
I always say there aren’t enough cool clothes for kids my age! My older sister Hazel, who’s 12, gets to wear all these chic outfits, and I’m like, “What about me?!” I’d love to design a line that’s trendy, stylish, and inspired by K-pop—that makes you feel confident and cool.
A lot of kids look up to you! What advice would you give to kids who want to be models or actors like you?
First of all, don’t be afraid to dream big! If you want to be a model or actor, start by practicing and having fun with it—take pictures, make little videos, and just enjoy the process. Be confident in yourself and don’t give up, even if it feels hard sometimes. Most importantly, you should always be kind to everyone you meet. You never know who might help you on your journey!

Introducing Charlie & Harriet: Meet The Emerging Models Behind The Latest Issue Of StarCentral Kids

Harriet and Charlie Holzner, two vibrant siblings born and raised in the bustling city of Sydney, carry a unique blend of Austrian and Australian heritage. Their Austrian roots come from their father, while their Australian spirit is deeply rooted in their mother’s side of the family. From an early age, the siblings have enjoyed a lifestyle that combines the love of nature, exploration, and athleticism. Whether it’s the golden beaches of Sydney or the rugged trails of the bush, they have always been happiest when out and about, soaking up the beauty of their surroundings.

The Holzner family is known for their love of the outdoors. Frequent beach trips are a cornerstone of their lifestyle, with Both Harriet and Charlie grew up surfing the waves and swimming in the crystal-clear waters of Sydney’s coast. It wasn’t just the beaches that captured their hearts; the siblings also enjoy bushwalks, hiking through some of Australia’s most beautiful national parks, and exploring the cafes that line the scenic trails. From zoos to aquariums, museums, art galleries, and theatre shows, Harriet and Charlie’s weekends are always filled with adventure. At home, they love spending time in their backyard swimming pool, where Charlie practices his swimming lessons. Whether they’re catching a glimpse of wildlife, taking part in family activities, or enjoying a refreshing swim, their thirst for discovery knows no bounds.

Charlie’s Sporting Journey

Both Harriet and Charlie were enrolled in the Ready Steady Sport program at just 18 months old, a sign of their family’s early encouragement of an active lifestyle. Charlie, in particular, found his niche in the world of sports. Every Saturday morning, you’ll find him out on the field, still dedicated to his weekly sports routine. Tennis and swimming are where Charlie truly shines. His determination and skill in these disciplines have already set him apart, but his interests don’t stop there.

At home, Charlie is just as captivated by building and creation as he is by athletics. He has a deep love for Lego and STEM activities, constantly working on new designs and inventions. It’s no surprise that Charlie hopes to follow in his father’s footsteps and become an engineer when he grows up. His passion for animals also plays a big role in his life, with his real-life Bluey—a spirited Australian cattle dog—often by his side, providing endless companionship and play.

Harriet’s Passion for Performing Arts

While Charlie thrives on the tennis court and swimming pool, Harriet’s world revolves around the performing arts. From the time she was two, her mother noticed her natural flair for performance. Whether she’s putting on little shows for her family, dressing up in costumes, or bopping around the house singing her favorite tunes, Harriet has always been a star in the making.

Harriet’s formal dance journey began with the Ready Set Dance program, which she completed between the ages of 4 and 5. Since then, her love for dance has only grown. Today, she’s enrolled in an unlimited dance package that includes everything from ballet to hip-hop, jazz, lyrical, tap, acro, cirque, pre-junior technique, and the performance team. Spending over eight hours a week at the studio, Harriet is deeply committed to honing her craft and embracing her passion for dance.

Her hard work paid off in 2023 when, at just six years old, Harriet was awarded the prestigious Petite Scholarship at her end-of-year showcase for Evolve Performance Studios. This recognition gave her a significant boost in confidence, igniting her love for the stage even further. Harriet has since been selected to join a competition troupe for dancers aged 10 and under, where they have competed in six competitions so far in 2024. She’s currently working towards a solo routine with the help of private lessons and also attends drama lessons on Saturdays, where she has performed on stage multiple times. Harriet dreams of gracing the stage in musical theatre when she’s older.

Harriet’s Modelling Journey

2024 marked a significant milestone in Harriet’s blossoming career. In July, she walked the runway for the first time at Australian Kids Fashion Week, a thrilling experience for the young performer. Her talent didn’t go unnoticed—Harriet was selected as a finalist for the November 2024 event in Melbourne, solidifying her potential in the world of modelling. In September 2024, Harriet won the Rising Star Award at the Cover Model Quest, further showcasing her talent and dedication. Meanwhile, Charlie has also embarked on his own modelling journey, walking the runway at just four years old during the same Cover Model Quest event in September 2024. Both kids are represented by Bambini Talent Group, and they are already making waves in the fashion world at such a young age.

Looking ahead, 2025 holds even more excitement for Harriet. She’s gearing up for international modelling opportunities in both New York and Japan, where she’ll walk as a model in Fashion Week. This opportunity is a dream come true for Harriet, who is excited to travel the world and make her mark in both the fashion and performance industries.

A Bright Future Ahead

For the Holzner siblings, the future is brimming with possibilities. Charlie’s engineering aspirations and passion for sports, combined with Harriet’s growing presence in the world of dance, theatre, and modelling, are setting them up for a lifetime of success and fulfillment. Their shared love for exploration and adventure ensures that no matter where life takes them, Harriet and Charlie will continue to chase their passions with the same energy and enthusiasm they’ve shown from the start.

This mindset has allowed us to continuously grow as a family and overcome challenges along the way. It’s a lesson we apply in all aspects of our lives, fueling our determination and resilience.

If you could travel back in time and alter one historical event, where would you go and what would you attempt to change?

If we could turn back time, we would begin utilizing social media in 2014 with the knowledge and strategies we gained in 2020. While the experiences and lessons from those years were instrumental in shaping our success in 2020, we can’t help but imagine the tremendous impact we could have made if we had the opportunity to apply our 2020 insights to the earlier years.

What do you think you came into this life to learn, and what do you think you came here to teach?

Our purpose in this life is to inspire and empower others through our perseverance and ability to overcome challenges and obstacles. We do this by openly sharing our journey with our audience, highlighting the strength of family and the power of gratitude. Through our experiences, we strive to show others that they too, can overcome adversity and achieve their goals. We believe in the transformative power of sharing our accomplishments and expressing gratitude for what we have received. By sharing our stories, we hope to inspire others to embrace their own strength and achieve their dreams.

What projects are you working on right now?

Currently, we are working on several exciting projects. We are exploring the creation of more inspiring and entertaining family music that resonates with our audience. Additionally, we are in the process of developing a devotional that aims to provide guidance and inspiration for individuals and families.

Furthermore, we have a few television projects in the works, although they are still in the early stages of development. Despite being in the initial phases, we approach these endeavors optimistically and enthusiastically. We are excited to see what the rest of the year holds and eagerly anticipate the progress and growth of these projects.

What would you still like to attempt in your career?

Brooke: One of my aspirations in our career is to establish a family brand that deeply resonates with our audience. I envision creating a brand that reflects the values and principles that are important to our family. Through this brand, I hope to provide our audience with inspiration, guidance, and a sense of community. I want to connect with others on a deeper level and positively impact their lives.

Marco: I share the same vision as Brooke when it comes to our career aspirations. Building a family brand that aligns with our values and resonates with our audience is something I am passionate about. I believe that sharing our journey, insights, and experiences can provide tremendous value to our audience. Making a lasting and meaningful difference through our career is a goal that I am truly dedicated to achieving.

What advice would you give to those hoping to follow in your footsteps?

Brooke: My advice to those hoping to follow in our footsteps is to remember that you never know until you try. Start with yourself and be true to who you are. Embrace your uniqueness and think about how you can share your special qualities with the world in a unique way. Stay consistent in your efforts and build a strong sense of community with your audience. Show them that you genuinely care about them as much as they care about you. By being authentic and connecting with your audience on a personal level, you can create a meaningful impact and inspire others.

Marco: If you want to follow in our footsteps, I advise you to start by focusing on yourself. Understand what makes you special and how you can showcase your uniqueness to the world. Be genuine and authentic in your approach, and let your true self shine through. Consistency is key, so stay dedicated to your goals and consistently produce quality content. Building a community with your audience is crucial. Engage with them, listen to their feedback, and make them feel valued. When you genuinely care about your audience, they will reciprocate that care and support. Remember, your journey may be different, but by staying true to yourself and building strong connections, you can carve your own path to success.

StarCentral Magazine recently caught up with DJ Jazzy to discuss her journey in the music industry, and here’s what went down:

How did you get started in the music industry? How were you actually ‘discovered’?

I have been in the music industry since I was 4. Both my mom and dad were creators of a kids’ pop group called “The Star Girls,” which I was a part of. The Star Girls were Aria Nominated and had number 1 hits in Australia, plus toured across Australia and The United States. I was Twinkle Star in the group, and ever since then, I knew that I wanted to be a performer.

What do you like most about singing?

It’s funny because the thing that I most love about singing is the part where I get to perform! I love singing, but I love being on stage the most.

What inspires you to be creative?

So many things inspire me, and they can happen at any moment. I can be inspired by other artists when I see a live show while listening to music, and the list goes on. I am filled with creativity.

Is there anything special that you do to get into a creative mindset?

Creativity just happens naturally, and when you get that spark, you need to focus on it. But there are many moments where I have to force creativity as my work revolves around being creative. Depending on what it is, I have different techniques to get a spark going. If I am songwriting, I love looking at quotes on Pinterest. If it is producing music, listening to samples really get the vibes going for me. If it’s photography, again, Pinterest is my best friend in giving me ideas.

What message, if any, do you try to put into your work?

I am filled with positive messages! I’m super passionate about mental and physical health, and I try to get these messages across through my lyrics and shows. I really love embracing being different, being who you want to be, loving yourself, and feeling confident. So many people have adversities that can be tough to deal with. My messages are not about focusing on the things you can’t control but looking at the things you can.

What has been the most memorable experience of your career so far?

Nothing has been able to beat touring Australia and the United States when I was a part of “The Start Girls.” I loved being in different places, staying at different hotels, and performing non-stop. I hope I can do that as DJ Jazzy very soon, and it’s 100% a goal of mine!

Do you ever find yourself unable to express your creativity to the fullest? What kinds of things inhibit you?

I have an amazing team behind me, especially my parents, who support me in everything I do. I have never felt there has been anything holding me back from my creativity, and I am very lucky to be able to say that.

Who is your greatest influence?

My mom and dad are my biggest influence. Without them, I wouldn’t be where I am today. I take after them in everything I do.

Do you feel that you chose your “passion,” or did it choose you?

It chose me. I have been singing, dancing, and performing before I could even walk and talk. I was always songwriting, scriptwriting, filming, animating, creating music, and so on. I naturally gravitated to it all from such a young age.

If you hadn’t chosen your field, what would your alternate field have been?

I love designing and creating concepts for homes. I probably would have been some type of interior designer.

What is your future? Inside your career or out of it.

I plan to make 2023 the biggest year of my life. I want to build up my development program, “The Day Dreamers,” for young performers. I want to pack out the year with live shows and also get my body feeling the fittest and healthiest it’s ever been! I want to feel strong, feel healthy and take my career to the next level!
