“Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures” Blasts Back onto Disney+ This December!

Get ready, young Padawans — the galaxy is calling once again! Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures is returning for its third season, and every episode will be available to stream on Disney+ from December 8.

Set during the exciting High Republic era, the series follows three brave Jedi Younglings — Kai Brightstar, Lys Solay, and the ever-adorable Nubs — as they learn the ways of the Force under the guidance of none other than Master Yoda. Together, they travel across the galaxy, meet new friends, and help anyone (or anything!) in need. It’s a show filled with teamwork, adventure, and heaps of heart — perfect for young Star Wars fans.

What’s New in Season 3?

This season promises even more action, surprises, and hilarious moments. In the brand-new trailer, we catch glimpses of exciting missions, mysterious planets, and some very cheeky trouble!

The Younglings will come face-to-face with Rek Minuu, a sneaky, mischievous master droidsmith who loves causing chaos. But don’t worry — they also make wonderful new friends along the way, including Dotti, a friendly shop owner known for fixing droids like a pro.

A Star-Studded Voice Cast

Behind the Scenes

The series is produced by Lucasfilm together with Wild Canary, especially for Disney+ and Disney Junior. The show’s creators include Lucasfilm’s James Waugh, Jacqui Lopez, and Josh Rimes, with Michael Olson serving as showrunner. The animation is brought to life by talented artists at Icon Creative Studio, and the epic music is composed by Matthew Margeson.

It’s Official: Camp Rock 3 is Coming to Disney!

Big news for Disney fans: “Camp Rock 3” is officially happening! Disney Branded Television has confirmed that the next chapter in the beloved Camp Rock series will premiere on Disney+ and the Disney Channel. The movie is already filming in Vancouver, and fans of the original movies have plenty to be excited about.

The Jonas Brothers are back! Joe, Nick, and Kevin Jonas will reprise their roles as Shane, Nate, and Jason Gray, and Demi Lovato will also return to help bring the magic to life. Not only are they acting in the movie, but they are also executive producing it, making sure the story stays just as exciting as the originals.

A brand-new group of campers joins the cast, bringing fresh talent and new adventures to Camp Rock. Liamani Segura plays the bold and determined Sage, while her easygoing brother Desi is played by Hudson Stone. Fans will also meet Rosie, a cello prodigy played by Lumi Pollack, the fun-loving drummer Cliff played by Casey Trotter, dance quee

The story of Camp Rock 3 begins when Connect 3, the band Shane, Nate, and Jason belong to, loses their opening act for a big reunion tour. They return to Camp Rock to find the next big star. Campers compete for the chance to perform with the band, and along the way, friendships are tested, rivalries pop up, and even a little romance sparks.

Disney says the movie will feature amazing music, exciting stories, and unforgettable characters, keeping the Camp Rock legacy alive while introducing it to a whole new generation. Fans can look forward to chart-topping songs and show-stopping dance numbers that will have everyone singing and dancing along.

Zootopia is Back! Meet the New Characters in Zootopia 2

Exciting news, Zootopia fans! Walt Disney Animation Studios has released the first trailer for Zootopia 2, and it’s packed with adventure, fun, and an all-new original song called “Zoo” performed by Shakira, who’s back as Zootopia’s superstar pop star, Gazelle.

In the trailer, rookie cops Judy Hopps (voiced by Ginnifer Goodwin) and Nick Wilde (voiced by Jason Bateman) discover a hidden reptile population and come face-to-face with a sneaky pit viper named Gary De’Snake, voiced by Oscar®-winner Ke Huy Quan. Directed by Disney Animation bosses Jared Bush and Byron Howard, and produced by Yvett Merino, the film promises big laughs, exciting action, and adorable new characters.

The catchy new tune, “Zoo”, was written by Shakira, Ed Sheeran and Blake Slatkin, and produced by the same team. Fans can listen to the single from Friday, 10 October. The full Zootopia 2 soundtrack, scored by Academy Award®-winner Michael Giacchino, drops Friday, 21 November, just before the film hits cinemas on Thursday, 27 November.

And there’s a fun surprise! Ed Sheeran and Blake Slatkin make cameo appearances as a pair of sheep named Ed Shearin and Baalake Lambkin.

The movie also features an incredible voice cast, including Andy Samberg, David Strathairn, Macaulay Culkin, Brenda Song, Idris Elba, Patrick Warburton, Quinta Brunson, Nate Torrence, and comedian Fortune Feimster. From quirky new characters to familiar favourites, Zootopia 2 is set to be a fun-filled ride for the whole family.

Fans of the original will remember “Try Everything”, Gazelle’s hit from the first movie, which has now been streamed over 2.7 billion times worldwide. Zootopia 2 promises to bring the same energy, laughs, and heart to a whole new adventure.

Freakier Friday Premiere: Hollywood Stars Shine at Event Cinemas Bondi!

Hollywood stars Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan made a big splash on the purple carpet at the Australian premiere of Freakier Friday at Event Cinemas Westfield Bondi. Fans were super excited to see their favourite actors as they celebrated the new sequel to the famous 2003 Disney movie Freaky Friday. The film hit cinemas all across Australia and New Zealand on August 7, 2025!

In Freakier Friday, Jamie and Lindsay return as Tess and Anna Coleman, the mother and daughter who magically swapped lives in the first movie. This time, the story is about blended families, with Anna juggling life with her daughter and soon-to-be stepsister. Together, Tess and Anna find out that sometimes, surprises can happen twice!

The movie is directed by Nisha Ganatra and is based on the popular book Freaky Friday by Mary Rodgers. It features a fantastic cast including Julia Butters, Sophia Hammons, Manny Jacinto, and many more. Some amazing producers, including Jamie Lee Curtis herself made the movie!

StarCentral Kids Review: Madagascar The Musical Is a Wild Party You Can’t Miss!

Get ready to clap your hands, tap your feet, and maybe even dance in the aisle — because Madagascar The Musical has come to life on stage, and it’s even more colourful, funny, and exciting than the movie!

During the July school holidays, we joined Alex the Lion, Marty the Zebra, Melman the Giraffe, Gloria the Hippo, and the hilarious King Julien for a big, musical adventure. They start off in Central Park Zoo, where life is comfy and safe… but Marty dreams of exploring the big, wide world. When he escapes, his friends follow — and before they know it, they’re on a crazy trip that lands them in the jungles of Madagascar.

From the very first song, the music is so catchy you can’t help but bop along. Alex has big Broadway-style numbers, Marty’s full of energy and fun, Gloria’s got sass and warmth, and Melman… well, Melman is one of the funniest characters of all, with his long giraffe neck and silly, nervous personality. And then there’s King Julien — short in height, huge in personality! He’s the party king who gets everyone dancing to “I Like to Move It, Move It,” and trust me, you’ll be singing it for days.

One of the coolest things about the show is the costumes and puppets. The actors look just like the animated movie characters, right down to Alex’s mane, Marty’s stripes, and Gloria’s tiny tail and ears. The penguins are puppets — but you’d swear they’re real! The puppeteers are so talented, they make the penguins walk, talk, and dance their way through the story, even steering the ship that takes everyone to Madagascar.

Melman’s costume is extra clever — the actor operates his long neck and head with a stick and strings, so his face can sing at shoulder height while the giraffe head bobs and moves above him. It’s so funny to watch, and it really brings the character to life.

The dancing is amazing too. Some of the costumes are huge, so the choreography has to match what each character can do — but it’s still packed with energy and movement. Every number is full of colour, rhythm, and laughs. Even if you’ve never seen the movie before, you’ll be swept up in the fun.

At its heart, Madagascar The Musical is about friendship, freedom, and finding where you belong. It’s perfect for preschoolers and primary school kids, but parents and older siblings will have a great time too. There are plenty of jokes, heaps of action, and enough toe-tapping tunes to make the whole family smile.

So, whether you’re already a huge Madagascar fan or this is your first time meeting Alex, Marty, Gloria, Melman, and King Julien, this show is a must-see. It’s bright, it’s funny, and it’s bursting with life. By the end, you’ll feel like you’ve been on your own holiday to the jungle — and you’ll definitely want to get up and “Move it, Move it!” one more time.

Lilo & Stitch Review: A Beautiful Hawaiian Backdrop with a Touch of Disney Magic

Get ready for an adventure full of laughs, love, and a little alien mischief! Disney’s brand-new live-action version of Lilo & Stitch is here, and it’s full of heart, Hawaiian vibes, and crazy fun.

This movie tells the story of Lilo, a quirky and imaginative girl who feels a bit lonely… until she finds a new best friend in Stitch, a super-cute (and totally chaotic!) alien from outer space. Together, they go on wild adventures, escape trouble, and learn what it truly means to be a family. Or as Lilo says, “Ohana means family – and family means no one gets left behind or forgotten.”

What We Loved:

 Maia Kealoha as Lilo – She’s AMAZING! This is her first ever movie, and she totally nails it. Funny, sweet, and just like the cartoon Lilo we love.

Sydney Elizebeth Agudong as Nani – Lilo’s big sister Nani is super believable. She feels like a real older sister—kind, protective, and sometimes a bit stressed (like real life!).

Stitch! – Don’t worry—Stitch still looks super adorable and acts just as cheeky as ever. He’s voiced by the original actor, Chris Sanders, which is awesome!

Music & Scenery – The Hawaiian music and beach scenes are stunning. It’ll make you want to grab a surfboard and dance around the living room.

What’s Different?

If you’ve seen the old cartoon version, this one isn’t exactly the same. Some characters are missing, and the story is a bit more serious in parts. However, it still has its funny moments, and the overall feeling remains just like the original. You’ll laugh, maybe cry (just a little!), and want to hug your family afterwards.

There’s also more of Lilo and Nani’s story this time around, which helps us understand their bond even more.

Anything Weird?

Yep—Pleakley and Jumba (Stitch’s alien buddies) look like humans in this version, not big colourful aliens. Some people might find it a bit strange, but it’s still quite enjoyable.

Final Thoughts:

This version of Lilo & Stitch is a sweet, emotional, and exciting movie that reminds us of the importance of family— especially when your family includes a blue alien who eats everything!

Would we watch it again? Absolutely! With popcorn, please. 🍿💙

Hold onto your paw badges, kids — the animal metropolis of Zootopia is back and wilder than ever! Walt Disney Animation Studios has just dropped a brand-new teaser trailer for “Zootopia 2”, and it’s packed with action, laughs, and one very mysterious snake.

The film is set to open in cinemas on 27 November, and trust us — this is one adventure you won’t want to miss.

A Slithery New Case to Crack

In the much-anticipated sequel to the 2016 Academy Award®-winning hit Zootopia, everyone’s favourite crime-solving duo — rookie bunny cop Judy Hopps (voiced by Ginnifer Goodwin) and her smooth-talking fox partner Nick Wilde (voiced by Jason Bateman) — are back on the beat. 🕵️‍♀️🦊

This time, they’re joined by a slippery new character: Gary De’Snake, a mysterious pit viper with a twisty past, voiced by none other than Ke Huy Quan (Indiana Jones, Everything Everywhere All At Once). Dreams to Reality Runway Models Shine Bright at Runway Supermodel Australia 2025

It was an evening of elegance, talent, and unforgettable fashion at Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury, as Runway Supermodel Australia 2025 lit up the stage — but for many, the true stars of the night were the brilliant young models of Dreams to Reality (DTR) Runway.

Led by the ever-inspiring Bonni Sullivan, the DTR showcase became one of the most talked-about highlights of the evening. While the main competition featured fifteen glamorous models vying for the crown, it was the energy, passion and professionalism of the DTR segment that truly captivated the audience.

The DTR runway featured an outstanding lineup: Paisley, Genevieve, Aita, Arabella, Savannah, Yazmane, Zara G, Taisha, Kirsty, Tennysee, and Grace. Each model stepped onto the stage with confidence and grace, displaying not just style but the heart and determination that Dreams to Reality is all about.

Paisley, the current DTR cover model, opened the segment with poise and star power. Her adorable yet polished walk instantly commanding attention proved exactly why she holds such a prestigious spot in the DTR family.

Tennysee Docherty, known for her bubbly personality and striking stage presence, represented StarCentral Kids as their cover model. She was a natural on stage, charming the crowd with her vibrant smile and runway flair. Her confidence and joy radiated throughout the room.

Grace Stewart, the featured face of Model & Mode magazine, was elegance personified. Her refined walk and model-perfect posture brought a touch of sophistication to the showcase, reminding everyone that age is no barrier to excellence in the fashion world.

Together, these three cover models, alongside their fellow DTR team members, brought a wave of excitement and inspiration to the event.
