Young Stars of ‘It’s Showtime’s ‘Isip Bata’ Present a Nostalgic Rendition of Classic Children’s Tunes

“It’s Showtime’s” “Isip Bata” kiddie panel Imogen Cantong, Argus Aspiras, Princess Kathryn “Kulot” Caponpon, Jaze Capili, and Lucas Landicho have released their rendition of various classic children tunes.

From the viral success of “Da Da Da” and “Mini Ms. U,” Imogen continues her stride as a young artist with her own version of Vhong Navarro and Makisig Morales’ “Dalandan Shake.”

Argus also revived another Vhong Navarro hit with his rendition of “Totoy Bibbo,” which was both composed and produced by Christian Martinez.

Meanwhile, Kulot brings a modern and youthful twist to Awra Briguela’s “Clap Clap Clap.” ABS-CBN Music creative director Jonathan Manalo and Star Pop label head Roque “Rox” Santos composed the track that reflects Kulot’s vibrant sound.

Jaze also brings back the Vhong Navarro classic novelty song “Pamela” while Lucas encourages listeners to “Learn the 1-2-3” in his first single, which was written by Jonathan, Rox, and Annabelle Regalado-Borja.

These songs will be part of “Isip Bata: The album” that will have a total of 11 tracks, including “Ang Kulit,” “Chicken Dance,” Mag-exercise Tayo,” “Sayaw ni Vhong,” “Step 1,2,3,” and “The Teacher and the Pupils,” which will be released this Friday (October 20).

Check out their songs by streaming it on ABS-CBN Music YouTube channel and on various music platforms. For more details, follow Star Music on FacebookTwitterInstagramTikTok, and YouTube.
